Default Stupid problem?

My knees hurt. I know its good for you to exercise to be healthy and lose weight. But my knees hurt before I even start. I can do WATP most days. Someday's you can just tell you shouldn't. I just wish it was easier to do other exercises. I don't mind muscle aches. Those are totally different than the pain of what must be pieces of my knees rubbing together. I lost some weight last year and my knees felt better. I haven't gained anything back but they are back to hurting. Stairs are almost always a no no. I can go up and down usually once. After that I'm done. What's interesting is I am on my feet all day since I work in the clothing department of a chain store. Luckily the weight loss means that doesn't hurt anymore. Well I'm done. If anyone has any ideas I'm open to suggestions.

Not a stupid problem! Knee pain can be debilitating!

Have you seen a doctor? You need to make sure there is nothing serious going on before taking advice from us here, even though some of us do have experience with knee issues...

If there are actually parts of your knee rubbing together, it is a problem...a problem that can be treated or, at least, helped by physical therapy.

For now, for exercise, do the best that you can. Do whatever activities you can manage, and as frustrating as it might be, stop if it hurts.
