I was addicted to step and after 3 months my hips/thighs were bigger than when I started ! I dont' do step anymore & thighs are back to my normal size, but still flabby as ever.
I have an elliptical, but I'm afraid if I use it regularly it'll increase my hips/thighs. I know exercise affects everyone differently so while some people's legs may slim down from one exercise, another person (me !) will get thighs that rival the hulk.
has the elliptical worked in terms of toning/slimming hips thighs for anyone else w/my propensity. I understand you can not spot reduce.
