A safe way of reducing muscle?
At this point in my weight loss, my lower legs are about twice as wide as anyone's I have ever seen except perhaps people who are much taller and weigh over 400 pounds. It's ridiculous. And yet, they're pretty much solid muscle at this point, so I'm probably not going to get them any smaller easily. Basically, my lower legs weigh a ton, and the extra bulk doesn't seem to be doing much of anything, which is bad in saber fencing, which I am learning to do, where moving quickly is a huge advantage. Is there any safe way to reduce the bulk of my lower leg muscles a tad?
Note: If my weight seems to be jumping around a lot, that's because it is: it's whatever my most recent weigh in is.
