Does anyone know how to slim down those annoying love handles? Is there like a certain exercise to do it? I haven't found anything yet. I have tried the side crunches, but they don't seem to be working.
I'd like to know too! I hope someone answer's. But until they do I imagine just losing the weight (not that you have alot to lose) and toning up all over will help. I wonder if the lower back exercises on the ball helps?
