I just purchased the Firm Body Sculpting System and they stressed in the rotation to have 1-2 rest days. Is it OK to do a "mild" workout (like a 1/2 hour walk) on a rest day? I like to incorporate SOME activity daily - recognizing that my body needs rest from strenuous workouts.
Yes. You can walk. I go to the gym to run and lift weights 4 or 5 days a week. My body needs a rest on the other days, but my dog still needs a walk, I still need to ambulate around town, I still have to climb stairs. The more active you are, the better. Just keep it mellow on the off days.
