So I've been running steadily for a while now and I noticed something rather odd today. It was actually harder to run slower! Before I mostly slow-jogged, but lately I've been able to pick up the speed some, and today when I slowed down to slow-jog speed (which was my normal speed before) it actually felt like it took more effort and was harder to do! I was amazed, a little perplexed, but also pleased. Has anyone else noticed that it's harder to go slower or is it all just in my head?
