I am going to a Youth Confrence next week (JUL. 9-15) with some of the girls from my church. I am not going to be able to do my usual exercise (YogaBootyBallet) because there will not be enough space in the hotel room and I won't have enough time anyway. I am not sure how much we will be walking, probabally quite a bit. Any Ideas on how I can get my workout in?
