Default Exercise goals monthly...

What are some of yours? I decided that 45 minutes a day for 4 days a week wasn't too much to ask for my first month. Is that too little?

My goal is to get up off my butt and do "something" everyday. Even if it's only 30 minutes of walking or a WATP's DVD. I am going to do something every single day. The way I see it, I eat everyday, why not get some physical activity too?...

Also, I think 45 minutes a day, 4 day's a week to get started is a wonderful plan. Good luck to ya! My problem is I push myself too hard and end up hurrting myself, thus making myself have to take a week or so off from exercise. I figure if I start off slow, like Walking or whatnot and ease myself into this, it'll be better. When the walking get's too easy, I'll make it harder or add more things...
