I have a fit ball and love it! Just make sure you get the right size for your height.

How do you know what the right size is exactly?

Thumbs down Size guidelines

I got this information off of http://www.fitball.com

When sitting on the ball, your knees and hips should be at 90 degree angles or slightly higher. Here are some general guidelines:

4'8" to 5'3" 55cm
5'3" to 6'0" 65cm
6'0" to 6'7" 75cm

I have the 65cm ball (I'm 5'4 and my husband is 5'9). Hope this info helps.
