Default Few ?'s about exesize.

Well I havent exersized since January, and before then I dont even think I ever have. But today I just did the 1st Couch25k, and boy did that feel good, by the end I felt like the energizer bunny, and I didnt want to stop. Okay so my questions are I ate like 2 hours before, before I exersized and then the food starts to come up. (sorry if its TMI). But it never actually does. Also should you do all the exersize all at once. For instance, OKay I did the 1st couch25k, then should I do everything else I planned after that, or can I wait and do it thoughout the day???

I'm not sure about the food thing, usually I can eat 1/2 hour before I work out and be fine...although I rarely eat normal size meals, I eat very small "snacks" often instead of 2 or 3 big meals.

As far as your other question I've ready numerous times that whether you do all your exercise at once or break it up into smaller segments throughout the day but still exercise the same total of time it still has the same benefits so it's really your choice.
