Default Body Fat Calipers

How accurate are they if you have a lot of loose skin?? Does anyone happen to know?

They are as accurate as the person using them. It's really a lot easier to caliper someone with loose skin than bodyfat over 35-38%. With skin, you can feel where the muscle starts and skin and fat end.

Are you trying to caliper yourself or is someone else doing the measurements?

There's a thread in Support right here about caliper measurements.
