Hi sunshine900. I have done si6 before. I never did finish it because BIU (Burn it Up) was too difficult for me. But I do think I am going to do it completely once I get very close to my goal weight. I am also thinking about doing some other things with BIU so that I can get used to doing it. I am not sure if that is a good idea or not. But its just an idea. Overall, SI6 is a very good workout. I have a few Beachbody tapes though. I can finish RIU with no problem though.
