Is this good enough?
Sitting here right now, I don't feel like I did good on exericising today. I actually feel sorda not wanting to exericise at all tonight, but this is what I did today.
This morning I did 20 min. of cardio with my exercise ball video I have. After lunch I took a 45 minute walk, pushing my son around in his stroller...then a few minutes ago I did a 15 minute thigh workout...but in my head I just feel like I didnt get enough exercises in today *sigh*.
I'M ON A MISSION TO BECOME A BETTER & HEALTHIER ME!
