I've been on an exercise and eating plan for almost 4 weeks now and I've lost a little weight, I'm seeing it around my tummy and thighs mostly.. But as I've been big all my life I'm not sure what my figure will be like when I lose weight. I've got quite a curvy figure as a big girl, with H-cup breasts and big thighs and I really want to get myself a defined waist and make sure I have a nice curvy bum and thighs even if I am a few sizes smaller... does anyone have any ideas of how I can do this???
Lifting weights as you lose often helps in shaping your body. I know it's helped me get better definition, although genetics plays the biggest role in how your body is shaped.
