Iam looking for the best aerobics video out there that include some weight training. Right now Iam taking Monday & Wednesday aerobics for 1 hr. but it is not enough. I tried one of the oldest Richard Simmons Video and was not that hard. I don't know if the latest video that he has now in the market are better. But I don't want to go a buy one until I hear some request. I want something that has 1 hr aerobics and 1 hr working with weight. Thank you for your answers.
