right so i found out it will be easy for me to walk 4 or 5 miles a day.
one mile to school (mainly downhill)
one mile from school (mainly uphill)
then i worked out a 2/3 mile course through the woods that i could walk the dogs along
so if i walk this 5 days a week then only the 2 miles on the w/e (i am NOT walking to school on a sunday 2 extra miles or not!) how much do you recommend i eat
, putting it in calories would really help. Im a sorta novice when it comes to working all this out.
