Default need some help

right so i found out it will be easy for me to walk 4 or 5 miles a day.
one mile to school (mainly downhill)
one mile from school (mainly uphill)
then i worked out a 2/3 mile course through the woods that i could walk the dogs along
so if i walk this 5 days a week then only the 2 miles on the w/e (i am NOT walking to school on a sunday 2 extra miles or not!) how much do you recommend i eat , putting it in calories would really help. Im a sorta novice when it comes to working all this out.
Goal for June 30th

They say we need 1200 to survive. I am WAY bigger than you and I eat anywheres from 15oo to 1600 a day (try to). So maybe the same for you? Maybe someone with more experience will chime in for you.

Go to Fitday.com and open a free account and start counting calories... If at 1600 you lose weight, bravo for you.... if not go down to 1500 or so till you reach, no less than 1200 calories... Play around with your calories and see what works for you, everyone is different... What works, calorie wise, for one person, may not work for another .... You have to experiment ...
