What's in your home gym?
I'm looking for a new "toy" to buy myself the next time I want to reward myself for regular workouts. I've already got a pretty solid basic setup in my basement - a heavy bag, an elliptical machine, an adjustable bench and weights (barbell, dumbbells, and plates), a high step, and various little stuff (swiss ball, balance board, jump rope, etc). I've got a decent amount of space, but will be moving soon and should probably not buy another large piece of equipment, but I want something new to add to the rotation.
I do a lot of my cardio work outside the house (running, swimming, biking), but use workout DVDs and the elliptical when the weather's awful. I lift at home, and also do heavy bag work about twice a week. I'm considering a bike trainer (a way to mount a normal bike for workouts), but not sure if it's worth the investment at the moment.
So, those of you who work out at home, what's in your gym? What's the one thing you love and can't do without? Any suggestions of what to add?
