Has anyone done this DVD? I have it, but I haven't really done it yet. It combines yoga with hand weights, so I thought it would be great for toning up.
If you've done this DVD, what did you think?
All-time highest weight: 258 lbs ('04)
Started WW in '05 at 242 lbs (quit WW in '06)
Started back losing weight with plain ol' diet and exercise at 221 lbs (March 27, '07)
May WL Goal:
