I am new to exercise. I've been going to my Y most everyday since the beginning of February. Although it's strange to say it, I'm really enjoying challenging myself. I'm training to walk (as close to a jog as I can) my very first 5k and work myself up to a Danskin Tri in May of 2008.
I've been reading about the Nike+. I have an ipod and love this whole idea. If you have one, does it really work like the website says? Do you find it an inspirational/useful training tool?
