hi everyone, i started dieting after christmas after weighing myself and looking in the mirror. im 23, 5.11 tall at my heaviest i was 17.3 stone. i have got down to 14.11 stone since christmas just from giving up beers and eating more veg and less junkfood
my goal is to get to 13 stone by the end of june and be in nice shape for the summer.
but now i think to get into the shape i want too i need to start excersizing. i have still got a beer gut i want to shift. is situps the best way to do this?
i smoke and am still very unfit, could anyone suggest any kind of suitible workout plan? at home i have a weight bench and plenty of free weights, a decent exsersize bike and a lateral thigh trainer. half of it was bought by other family members and never really used but im wondering out of the equipment i have is this enough to get in great shape or is a gym membership in order?
any advice is much appreciated
