Thanks, Spunkster! I ran it in 31:19, which is really good for me, especially since it's my first 5k, so I'm really excited!
I came back to add that I did a 45-minute upper body/abs workout.

Today I did two sessions of 20k on my new bike, I loved it!!!! It was an awesomely beautiful day too... Inbetween the two rides I washed windows...According to Fitday I burned 1237 calories
... Life is good!! Plus food was good too

I ran 7 miles today! I was supposed to do yoga too but I haven't got around to it and probably won't.

My man is working nights for the next couple of weeks and it's totally messing up "my time" for working-out. I have to do it around 4 pm now and it's WAY hard to motivate myself that late in the day. I like doing it @ noon much better.....

Yesterday - 20 mins treadmill, 20 mins recumbent bike and 10 minutes arc trainer
Today - 20 mins treadmill, 15 mins bike, 10 minutes arc trainer.
