It sounds like a good start, but it depends on your goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose, then you will have to bump it up as you go along. Actually, as you become more conditioned, you will have to bump up the intensity/frequency, as your body will plateau.
You don't say what you are doing with the weights. If they are light weights, you will have to increase as you improve in order to build strength.
