Default Weird Question.

If you eat more protein do your muscles hurt less?
I ate protein like CRAZY today, Well, at least for me, it was more than I usually do.
And I was doing my wall sits, that I do most days. Usually I do them for about 2 minutes, but for some reason I didn't feel the burn I was used to, so I did it for 3.
Is this strength and protein somehow connected?

I don't think that more protein lessens muscle soreness, even though protein helps muscles to recover from exercise. More likely, your muscles have adapted to the wall sit, so you can now do it longer.

I agree I think you're just getting used to the exercise, the protein I think was a coincidence... But extra protein when you're weight training is a good idea, it builds muscles...

Hey Northernbelle, long time no see welcome back!
