I'd never even heard of it until two weeks ago, when my PT showed me some plyo moves. I couldn't believe how hard it was to do a silly ol' bunny hop!
Did it again this past Saturday with my DH, who used to be a Marine. (I know, I know - once a Marine, always a Marine.)
He was sore the next day. I wasn't. That was awesome.
For the first time in my life, I'm more fit than he. He was impressed.
Anyhoo - anyone else do plyo?
