I'm a member of Gold's Gym and they've just started offering a Kinesis class. All the trainers there say it's great (of course) but it costs extra to do it. Just wondering if anyone has heard of it or tried it and what the results were.
It's supposed to be flexibility/core/strengthening exercise.
I did a web search and found the same equipment in a lot of gyms, but couldn't really find anywhere that discussed effectiveness/results.
