I have been working at the whole weight loss thing for awhile now and recently started exercising more...the problem is I am now getting these insane muscle cramps in my abs...specifically in the area below the ribs...that sort of triangle area. Now if it were after I have done a load of crunches or something I could see that but its not...its out of the blue while I'm just doing everyday stuff or when I reach forward to stretch...like bend at the waist.
I really don't think its that I'm pushing myself too hard...I don't have soreness otherwise and no cramping anywhere else.
Does anyone know how to stop these or what I am doing wrong to cause them? Any ideas are appreciated!
