Default Extra skin

I have lost 117 lbs total and I have a ton of excess skin. I have been exercising at the gym doing cardio and weight training but I cant really tell a difference. HAs anyone had the problem with excess skin after losing weight and what did you do? Thanks.

check with your insurance company to see if they will cover the procedure to get the skin removed. i have actually seen a few cases where woman were approved and the surgery was 100% covered since obesity is considered a disease, and the loose skin is a side effect from the disease (after losing the weight) it never hurts to call your insurance company and look into it.
