does anyone use the neoprene belts that you wrap around your waist to help you get the ultimate workout, they make you sweat like crazy? Just curious if its better to work out with them or without them?
Everything I have seen says they are kind of ...well a crock. They make you sweat which makes you temporarily less puffy, but they are not making you lose fat. But don't take my word for it, I am not sure how correct I am.
