Question Exercise Belts?

does anyone use the neoprene belts that you wrap around your waist to help you get the ultimate workout, they make you sweat like crazy? Just curious if its better to work out with them or without them?

Everything I have seen says they are kind of ...well a crock. They make you sweat which makes you temporarily less puffy, but they are not making you lose fat. But don't take my word for it, I am not sure how correct I am.
Pay no attention to the fat girl hiding behind her keyboard. She is the great and powerful blubber butt!
It's not the minutes spent at the table that put on weight, it's the seconds.

I wasn't sure what you were talking about but if you are talking about dehydration belts, those work by well dehydrating you. There is no belt you can wear to improve your workout or effectiveness.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
