Default contact lenses in sauna?

Hiya guys,

I really wanted to ask this but did not know where to post this thread. Anyways, its probably a bit of a dumb question but can you actually wear contact lenses into the sauna room? I wear mine into the steam room but never dared to wear them into the sauna room. Does anyone know if it is...err...safe?

How much fat has run off screaming?

It's not UNsafe. They'll just dry out quicker. If you keep drops on hand, or even keep your eyes closed to keep them moist, it shouldn't cause a problem.

I've never had a problem either wearing them in the sauna and I take a sauna at least twice/week lately...
