First off, its impossible to "spot train" to reduce fat in certain areas. Cardio burns fat all over, and you can build muscle in certain areas with strength training, but doing crunches, for example, does not make you lose fat in your stomach.
Second, you may be having more "loose skin" than "loose fat" - head over to the Maintainers forum and check out a thread called "Skin FAQs" that is stickied to the top. This can answer some questions about the loose skin phenomenon...the fact that your skin, which used to be filled with fat, gets looser as that fat melts away.
