I'm going to buy a stationary bike. Does a recumbent work different muscles than an upright? I am a woman if that makes any difference.
Have not done spinning but wonder if a spinning bike is good for a normal workout as well as an intense one.
I am willing to spend the money on a gym quality bike. I have been riding a bike for about 6 months so I have good endurance. I started on recumbent but have started doing the upright. I think I prefer the upright.
I would love your opinions and experience on brands and thank you for any help you can offer.
