you know i recently had mine done (love it by the way) BUT i seriously started working out this week and my question is i usally go cammando while working out but now im really feeling the vch i dont know if it's gonna do damge to that area? i mean should i wear undies to support it ?
i have these horriable visions of turkey neck if i dont ...LOL no but seriously did you feel it more when doing hard cardio? im doing tae bo right now and im worried
