Help me make a running plan
I'm so loving that I...a fat chick...can and am enjoying running! As I've mentioned, I'm doing interval training, 1-2 minutes running (4.0-4.4), 1-2 minutes walking (2.8) and only for 20 minutes daily. This may be slow for you experienced and slimmer runners, but is a load of progress from not being able to get above 3.5 walking....
I'd like to work my way up to handling a 5K straight so I can start doing charity 5Ks.
Any ideas how to prepare my body to progress to that?
