I am looking into purchasing a kettlebell (or a couple). I would like recommendations on brands and/or sets that include exercise DVDs along with the kettleball as I've never really done anything but swung them before and I know there is so much more that can be done. The heaviest KB I would like, at present, would be 15 lbs.
I think Wall Mart has the cheapest Kettlebells at $2.00 per lb - $10, so probably the 15 lber would be $19.99. The iron ones are the best to get, they say the rubber colored ones just chip away, but make sure that there are no rough spots before your purchase.
They have nicer ones at Dicks Sporting Goods (don't know if you have one in your town - but they are $2.00 a lb + $10.00 =so it would be like $40.00 for a 15 lber.
I think if you look up Dragon Door or Strong First - they have the best instructional dvd's, books, etc, or you tube
Thank you so much for the reply. I ended up getting a 7lb contoured Kettlebell that came with a Bob Harper workout/instructional DVD. I will look at/for the brands you mentioned for more DVDs.
