[There Is No Try]

So EXITED! Just picked up a cheap treadmill off craigslist for my treadmill desk. I have a terribly sedentary lifestyle, my job has me in front of a compter 9-10 hours a day. My husband is even busier than I am, so when he gets home he just wants to relax, sit, and watch TV.

So, in an effort to be moving more than sitting, I got myself a treadmill. Now instead of sitting in front of my computer all day, I can just walk it out.

(I'll post an update to see how this treadmill desk affects my weight loss and fitness)

I'm a big fan of treadmill desks... And I think they can be real "game changer" for a lot of people who have to be in front of a computer most of the day... I LOVE them!!!
