Default Vibram Fivefingers?

Hi there.. I'm not sure if this was the right place to post this. But, it is equipment since its shoes..

Anyhow.. I'm just looking for people who have transitioned with these guys and how you did it. I've been researching online and have some good ideas, but I would love to hear how some of the peeps here have done it!

Thank you!!

I just wear them! I wore them today, as a matter of fact. I bought them to wear kayaking but they're so comfortable that I wear them around on the street as well. Now I wear them for kettlebell workouts too.

They come with a little guide about how to get used to them. I had zero problems with that, though.

People do stare at them, so that might take some getting used to.

I wear them occasionally for running. I see people wearing them all the time at races. Right now I only wear them for shorter distances of 3-5 miles. Everyone says to wear them a little each day and after a while they will feel totally comfortable and you'll want to live in them. I just haven't taken the time yet. Good luck with them!

Love. Them.

Completely. I've done the Warrior Dash in them, 8 5K's and I work out in them daily. I have 3 pairs, and I could NOT be happier with a shoe. I have very high arches and these have been the first shoes in my whole life that havent given me arch-related pain!

A lot of the sites I've looked at recommend training your feet totally barefoot and then putting the vibrams on. Kinda interesting actually!
It seems like a slow increase is good..which is incredibly difficult for me! LOL.
I do love them already though! I just want to learn how to run in them. It seems like that will take a couple of months though.

I have them but since I've been hooping for a year mostly barefoot and run around my house barefoot. My feet are used to it. There really was no transition for me. I put them on and I'm happy. I love them and try to wear them everywhere.
