Well i've been working on my body with the exercise equipment (weights). I've been using equal weights and everything and I have more muscle in my right side than in my left side, but I work everything equally. So i'm wondering what i'm doing wrong. Now my right side is my strongest side. My right hand is my primary and everything, but still I don't understand why it is not equaling out. Am I doing something wrong??

Ive actually heard that one side is prone to being stronger and heavier in muscle then the other. Ive been told that it actually takes more work to get the other side to match..

I don't know the science behind it, but here's my take:
If you're working both sides equally, that won't balance out the fact that one side has been stronger for years. You'd have to really work the opposite side hard to see it come equal.
However, I'm a righty, and I know that I use my right hand for tons of stuff during the day that I don't even think about (e.g. opening a jar of pickles), so workout time aside, I'm always going to be strengthening my primary side.
