Default Exercise equipment for quick weight loss

I am planning to add new exercise equipment in my home gym. Well, I am on Raw Paleo diet and want to lose 25 Lbs in a month. There are many exercise equipments available in the market, but can't decide which one to buy. I also found discounts on exercise equipments at dealrocker.com . Can anyone recommend me the best one for fast weight loss? Any recommendation based on personal experience will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks..

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but for "fast" weight loss I believe lots of cardio or HIIT is your best bet. You'd probably do ok just picking up running as a hobby. 25 lbs in a month with be a pretty tough task no matter what you do though, especially if 25 is all you need to lose to get to your ideal weight. Good luck.

i agree... HIIT is the best way to shed fat, but also I'm not sure if 25 pounds in a month is realistic... But, best of luck to you!

The best piece of equipment you can get is the piece of equipment you'll enjoy and use consistently and regularly, whether it be a treadmill, an ellyptical or just walking or running outside... It's hard for one person to tell another what the best piece of equipment is because everyone has different tastes and preferrences... You could try some equipment before buying, go to a fitness chain store and try it out, or get a gym pass and try their equipment to see what you like best, then buy your favourite...

I agree HIIT is the best way to burn fat ....

I agree that HIIT workouts are the way to go for the most efficient fat loss. And I agree with rritchey that 25 lbs in a month is a lot, so just be careful!! Good luck!
