Gypsy Severina Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Posts: 111 S/C/G: 307/ticker/140 Height: 5'8" My 3FC Diet Blog	Nekfit Help I need to adjust my nekfit for my iPod, and it didn't come with any instructions on how to secure the iPod or, more importantly, adjust it to my neck size (it's stuck on small right now).
