Please help-need to do push-ups (darn squishy arms!) and would love to have something that made the push-up better/easier.
Does anyone have and/or use these push-up bars. I'd like any advice on the stationary push-up bars and the ones that twist as you do the push-up.
Do these make the push-ups easier?
Why is it good to have the bars that twist as you do a push-up, seems to me this would be an un-natural body movement.
