sws19-- I was surfin' the internet the other day and came across some online video clips of a bootcamp gym workout that Madonna's personal trainer taught for several weeks last year.
In the clip, I saw something very interesting on the treadmill-- You can still get a workout in by skipping or sashshay-ing (skipping sideways) to a lower speed than the usual mph you do for running or speed walking

I'm due for my TOM in the next couple of days, so I'm taking a lazy pass at the moment! But it might help the shin split problems you gals are having

It took me several hours before I dragged my big butt to the treadmill this wednesday evening, lol
* Did my pilates for the legs/buns dvd
* Did 1 hour 15 minutes at 4.7 mph
Finished for the day! Yahoo!!
