This sucks... apparently the incline adjuster on my treadmill isn't working

Speed works fine, just not the incline part.

So I still did a 45 minute workout this afternoon, just not at the intensity I'd like with the incline-- along with mari winsor's "buns & thighs" dvd.

Teawithsunsine - Sorry your treadmill isn't working properly. I am glad to see you still worked out. I hope you are able to get it fixed. The biggest loser is one of my favorite shows.

Dream- Great job keep up the good work.

I worked out last night and I feel great today. Have a great day all.

I ran last night, it was okay. I'm really stressed out in my life so am totally distracted while running. I don't like it....

I upped the mph to 4.3 mph (from 4.2 mph) and walked for a bit over an hour on thursday-- instead of the usual 45 minutes.

I also did my Mari Winsor pilates for the abs dvd. Man, I still feel that burn in my stomach muscles! (*Just started doing the abs dvd this week.)

Ran today, even though it's TOM, it's heavy and horrible and I feel weak and dizzy from it.

It was a good run, and before I knew it, I was on minute 20, and at minute 25 I could have just kept on going. Yay!

Have a good weekend guys!

I started TOM myself on Friday, lol.

But I still walked!

Friday: 45 min at 4.3 mph & winsor pilates for the buns & thighs dvd
Sat: 60 min at 4.3 mph & winsor pilates for the abs
Sunday: day off after six days this week of exercise!

Morning ladies:

I walked on Saturday. I took Sunday off and today I am off work so I will walk this afternoon instead of this evening.

Surprised myself by exercising as much as I did, since I was feeling tired today due to TOM...

* Did my abs pilates dvd this afternoon
* Then taped "The Biggest Loser" to watch after walking as a motivational treat to myself I ended up doing 60 minutes - NOT the usual 45 min.s - on the treadmill this evening at 4.3 mph

(*I was really engrossed in reading a biography on Madonna while I was walking on the treadmill so I forgot the time until I found I only had a bit to go before hitting 60 minutes! LOL!)

Mercee-- I'm happy to see my posts motivate you! Everyone else here motivates ME to keep chuggin' away at the treadmill!

FYI- found a great song by U2 the other night that really inspired me when I needed motivation to get on the treadmill & warm up today: the song "Elevation." Check it out!

Hi everyone!

I ran Monday and Tuesday night. Both times got up to 27 minutes. The machine "says" I am doing 3.2 miles, but I heard from someone else that running at a good pace you can usually do 1 mile in 11 minutes. So that would mean I was really doing 2.5 miles I guess. Don't know. Maybe I'm running fast! lol.

Anyway, I'm still loving it! And I love the way my face isn't dangerously red after my run now. It's still pretty red, but not that alarming red :-)

Tea: 60 minutes!!! That's wonderful!!

Dream: Glad to see you on here, you are doing great!

Mercee: I appreciate when you post here too, I love that all of us post here every day! It's like our own secret club, hee!
