does any one of you owns a bowflex or have some information about it.
my husband bought one and i just haven't used it at all...
any advise is apreciated

I don't have a bowflex, but i have a weider which is pretty similar to the typical bowflex. I've been using it for about a month and am pretty pleased with the results.
I have a Bowflex Revolution and I really like it. I've been using it for about 4 months now and I'm appreciating what the machine is doing for me.
