Has anyone tried Dance Dance Revolution?

I get really bored with exercise videos and recently read an article in a magazine about how some women lost weight using Dance Dance Revolution and other similar computer games. I've never even seen one and wondered if anyone else out there had tried it.

it is so much fun!!! i have never tried it for exercise purposes but I know that it can tell you how much calories you burn while you are doing it.

If you decide to get it, I would suggest investing in really good pads. Not the cheapy ones that come with the game. You will need really nice padded ones. I got mine from Red Octane. The game is played without shoes unless you buy the hard platform to play on.
