Only trouble I have with the gazelle is that I my feet get numb if I stay on it any longer than 20 minutes at a time. I do 20 minutes gazelle, then switch to 20 minutes of free weights for strength training then I do another 20 minutes of gazelling. I do love it.

That's a good idea to break it up like that. I've heard of this happening before to peeps, but I can't remember if it was on the gazelle....I really loved mine. I remember when i first started using it, I lost some lbs and inches fast and felt sore ALL over...Youknow, a good sore. It's def a total body workout.

This is an older thread but I wanted to put my .02 in. I have a Gazelle and I love it. I also had a treadmill but I liked the gazelle more. The Gazelle is quiet and it works all of my body. I found it worked my waist as well as thighs, lower legs, and even my butt.

This might not be gym quality merchandise but not all of us a gym quaility sized wallet either! This works for me and I am satisfied with it.
