1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped, blanched green bell pepper
3 cups cooked cubed chicken
1 tblsp. dry sherry
salt, balck pepper and paprika to taste
Place olive oil in top of double boiler. Add sour cream. heat over boiling water. remove from heat and add beaten egg yolks, cauliflower, green pepper, and chicken.
Season with dry sherry, salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
