This is my version of a low carb chili.
3/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. beef broth
1 (14.4 ounce) can of tomatoes with green chiles
Saute the onion and garlice in the oil till translucent then add the beef and brown. Add salt and pepper. Add beef broth and can of tomatoes.
You can add in your own green peppers etc if you want.
Yields: 4 - 1 cup servings
