1/2 pound ground beef
1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning (w/less than 4g a serving)
Brown ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning and water, cook for 3 more minutes. Place lettuce on plate, add beef on top, then sour cream, salasa and cheese.
If on Atkins, and in induction you may have to watch quantites of sour cream, salsa and cheese. Any can be omitted depending on your specific guidelines.
