½ roll of pork sausage (check carbs) We use one with 1g carbs per 2 oz.
1c shredded mozzarella cheese - 4g carbs
pepperoni slices (our store brand - 0 carbs)
great value pizza sauce (3g carbs per ¼ cup)
Heat oven to 375º.
Press sausage thinly into a pizza pan or cookie sheet to form a 'crust'.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 min until done
top with cheese, pepperoni and any veggies you wish.
We drizzle our sauce over the top, and we usually use less sauce that way.
Bake again at 375º until cheese is melted and bubbly.
If made correctly, you should have a 10 inch pizza that will make 6 nice slices.
Entire pizza should be approx 11g of carbs, each slice just under 2g.
