This is a recipe out of the Atkins's book and it was great. My son loved it and ate over 1/2 of it. I had to make him stop so I would have some left over. I forgot to add the cheese, was cleaning off the counter and realized it was left out and it was still good.
3# chopped meats (beef, pork, lamb or veal)
2 T chili powder
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 T. cilantro or Italian parsley
6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
Mix all and bake 375 for 45 - 60 minutes in loaf pan.
6 servings: Total grams 19.1 - 3.2/serving (w/o cheese: total 16.7 - 2.8/serving)
